Help with pre bonsai

I have bought a large ficus and cut a 2 branches and all of the growing spurts there are new sproughts coming out but some of the leaves a yellow
When I say some I mean 5-10
WhAts happening

Do you mean the new leaves or old leaves are yellow? New leaves would be strange. Ficus sometimes drop old leaves when conditions change or they're stressed. It's like they're just diverting energy to where it's more important. Sounds like that's what's going on, but pictures would help rule out any strange pest or such.

the new leaves are yellow? If so that is worrying.
Yello old leaves are no problem as it will drop the old ones normally

Ok thanks there are new buds and the tree is still heaps green
