Recently I received some Aleppo Pine and Casurina Equisetifolia seeds from Steven ( thansk Mate)
To day I decided to Plant 1/2 of them out to see if I can sucessfullty grow them
I am using my normal propagating tray, but also decided to try some in the "No Fuss Propagator" tm as shown here

I have place both into my perspex "Greenhouse" and kept in fileterd light under my benches.
If I get some pine germinating sucessfully I will have to have Steven around to celebrate
My Propagating mix is 50/50 Coir Peat, and Sharp propagating sand. Keep moist and preferrably warm ( i do mine outside in sydney year round)
I will update when we see progress

So Ken, do I get to come over for a beer or what? Any signs of life from those seeds yet?

Some of the tiny little Casuarina Equisetifolia.
I think there is about 50+ of them just in this tray, and then more in the "No Fuss Propagator" tm by Jan
I think I will have to pot them all up and send to Ray as a gift

Semi shade and sheletered from above
The Box sits under my growing benches, so gets no sun from above but from the side only, which is why they are all growing to the side. the box gets winter sun most of the day
You can see the Box under the bench in this post here
