Hello everyone,
I've discovered this forum during searching on my mobile device and taught that it would be great to be part of it and get advices from experts.
I've cut off a previously pruned branch, a thick one, from a ficus resuta.
Here are the pictures attached below.
What should I do to make her grow roots asap?
Which form is suitable for her?
Thanks in advance.

Hi MSarp and Welcome to AusBonsai, you would have to be the first member from Lebanon
Nice Stump you have there too.
I will pot it up and keep it in a humid spot until it grows a good set of roots and starts to power on. For most figs that will only be a few months away.
Pot the trunk so it is coming out of the ground at an angle. It looks like the base has been cut ant and angle so that will help.
Figs are great for informal upright and the size of this trunk, that will be the best option

This is indeed a great spot for information, and I've found it very welcoming to people outside Australia too. I found this article to be extremely helpful with fig cuttings. I have one that I used this method for and it is pushing new growth like crazy now. I'll be posting pictures soon I hope.

If you look through all the posts, there is one at the back (I think page 10) that has a PDF of the instructions. I printed it for easy reference since I don't like to take my iPad out to my workbench. Wouldn't want to accidentally water it!
Your stump should be looking great in just a few short years. Good luck.
