Chinese elm flowers

Earlier this week I heard the bees working in a Chinese elm. When I went to investigate I found it was in full flower.I had not noticed these flowering before so thought I would share the pics.
The flowering is very short lived. 2 days later and all flowers have finished.
I'll be interested to watch any seed development. With autumn flowering does seed ripen quickly in time for winter or will it slowly develop to mature next year?
