I love terracotta pots and use them as much as I can when training. I will need alot of small size ones this year. I think I have found Bunnings to be the cheapest so far. Anyone have any better options.

I have thought of making my own kitoi but I have not used terracotta I guess it has a different fireing temp and I use the clubs kiln so I have to go with the flow. Hmm My mate Poll has his own kiln I will have to do the sums and see what it would cost to do a full terracotta fireing in his kiln. I think the small ones are about $1.50. A hundred or so of them would take a long time for me to make by hand so it may not be woth it. It could be a good project though.
marleeney I meant to write Bunnings in there. It is a bit of a dirty word at the moment but I love them.

Brett, I am using a range of small terracotta pots from Flower Power which seem good value especially as they have recently been reduced at sale price,

Flower Power up to 50% of pots, Dam I hate living out in the sticks. A few months ago I was buying a couple from a local nursery and the owner stated that their daughter could not sell a heap she had at her garage sale so she gave them away. Double dam.

I too love terracotta training pots Brett.
Some $2 shops (The Warehouse, Hot Dollar, Reject Shop etc) stock them in the garden section. Guess what, they are usually about $2

Wouldn't it be nice if they were available in Australia!
