Nerium oleander bonsai flowering?

So I have been working on an Oleander bonsai for about two and a half years now, (the tree originally was much older) and I was just wondering if it will flower at all as a bonsai.
I would assume it would take many more years before it will, but has anyone ever seen a bonsai'ed oleander?

Well done on your first post. I have never seen an oleander as bonsai so good luck with that. I enjoy flowering and fruiting bonsai so I will watch this post with interest.

I would like to see that too, never heard of that before either nice. But but extreme caution must be taken with an oleander
They are extremely poisonous.

Seems that they make fairly decent Bonsai. I googled it and a truck load came up.

Yes, that is true with the oleander, but people really shouldn't be eating your trees to begin with. :D

Where did you find a truck load...I found one and half only.
I have a dward oleander in the garden, with very small leaf. Brought it from one of my travels abroad...maybe close to 20 years ago...It has a nice thick trunk, with good movement...but want to airlayer it first, then ground layer it...for nebari...and develop it as much as possible in the ground before digging it. I took some cuttings from it last year...and I saw them flowering yesterday. The flowers are also small.
