Hey all,



I finally received my latest tropical accessory, a light box that will hopefully help improve my trees' growth. It's surrounded by reflective, waterproof mylar, and zips up completely to hold in heat and humidity. I've stuck a 6 bulb T5 lamp in the tent and it should work out pretty well. Just thought I'd share it with you all to see if you had any comments, this should be fun....

Very cool/hot, but how do you admire the trees?

Hey now, there are vents for me to look at the trees

Most of my stock is far, far from viewing worthy anyways, so I don't really feel the need to be able to admire it

You know Ryan I just collect figs while I am at work - they grow everywhere. If I had to do that much to have them I wouldn't - I am already in trouble for taking up too much outside space at home I admire your enthusiasm

Just be careful not to set your house on fire with that!

Oh it's only a T5 light, if it were something hot like a metal halide I would definitely be more weary...

Looks like a good place for storing naughty children too!!!
