Thoughts on fert

Hi forumers came across the dinofert brochure whilst at my local flower power and wanted to gauge people's thoughts on their organic complete.

"Dinofert Organic Complete is more than just a fertiliser, it is a certified organically enriched blend of composted poultry manure, cow manure, blood and bone, fish meal, seaweed extract and zeolite that is pelletised for convenient application. This advanced plant food ensures that your garden receives faster acting, longer lasting nutrients for optimal growth"
Full technical sheet here...

Personally I think it looks like a good all around fertiliser and I like the addition. Of zeolite/seaweed/fish
Is there anything it's missing?
Have I missed something?

I have no affiliation with this or any company involved in plants in anyway (unfortunately :() but I am trying to evolve my fertiliser regime and knowledge from what it currently is (a handful of whatever is in the shed every now and again).
Keen to hear people's thoughts.
Thanks in advance
Angus

Only 4:3:2 and not agreat range of micronutrients either so not much bang (in terms of plant growth) for your buck? depends on price?? If you are determined that organic is worth extra then ok.
Zeolite is good but I thought only good if it is in the soil mix. Is it any value on the surface??

I was once dedicated organic but not any more - plants cannot tell the difference where the nutrient comes from.

Thanks shibui, I'm not dedicated organic, was just looking for an "all in one" fert but as you say if I'm not getting bang for my buck then will probably end up costing me more.
I have started using zeolite as part of my soil mix
