Recently I collected some peppercorn trees from up at echuca. I didn't get around to potting one of them into good mix and was left in the soil collect from under the larger trees. Well I weeded the tray today and found these seedlings growing. I assume they are peppercorns. Will see how they develope over the next while.

Well, they make beautiful bonsai Josh. Hopefully they are, and from seedlings they are very easy to maintain and develop. You can root prune hard, cut back hard, over water, under water.... they are like the marines of a bonsai army.

I always get reasonable die back when I root prune mine. The new grow doesn't seem to like it

my cousin cut off a tree with a 6ft trunk and it re grew. They are weeds around Echuca. I have not lost a single tree I have dug so far (5 in total).
Will be interesting to watch these develop.
