With a bit more fine tuning it will go back onto the grow bench for another couple of seasons .

Hi Alpineart. Its looking good. Lately I've been trying to convince people to not shape their cedars like a Japanese pine but rather with a flat top, long flat branches towards the top of the tree and not so many lower branches. (basically like they grow in nature) I think your is headed in the right direction (for my taste)
Something like this:http://botany.cz/cs/cedrus-brevifolia/

Hi Treeman , mate the Cedrus Lebiani flat top style appeals to me and i have a Doedara in the making along those lines but it is a multi trunk version . These will be literati when finished and styled in the typical triangular shape .

Lebiani do grow with a different growth habit to the Deodara and Atlas . A Lebiani would be the next investment if i could locate right one .
