Liquid Amber raft

I started this raft with a liquid amber 6-7 years ago from a seedling growing in the gutter near my mums' place. I planted it in a pot and placed it next to a wall and promptly forgot about it for a year or two. It grew well however (not surprisingly) branches only grew on one side 
So the decision was made for me. I would grow my first raft style bonsai. It is a shohin size, mostly because that is the size pot that I had lying around at the time. I defoliate -3 times a year howvever the leaves are still on the large size for this size tree.
