I have posted this in Aussie natives cause this guy is about as Aussie as it gets This guy is a regular visitor to our property and i guess it is more his land than mine. I have posted him before but cant remember the heading so i will tell his story again. When a buck loses his dominance he is driven from the mob and becomes a loner. I would guess they become lonely so this fellow has virtually adopted us. This is from my kitchen window and this fellow has absolutely no fear of us. He is intimidating because he is large and quite a bit taller than me but acknowledges us and we can walk past him without him batting an eye. This is the second one that has adopted us and the last one died on our property with me holding his head on my lap and giving him water. Kindness is appreciated in every species. I love our Country

p.s..I have thrown in the sunset from our backyard just because it was spectacular.

p.p.s..check out the gonads on this guy, enough to make any man jealous.

I had one slip min through our door when the bottom glass panel was missing. Sniff at our bin while we were standing in the kitchen, let us pat him and then turn around and slip back out. He then hung around for about 10 mins while we patted him and got a few photos (haven't found them ) then just wander off.

Someone said he may have been hand reared, but maybe it was the same thing as yours Bohdi, that he had been exiled. He was a big roo, whereas we mainly get wallabies around here.

Mate, what an awesome place you have there Bodhi. They are amazing animals. I've had a big fella stand up t me in the bush once protecting his girls. Happened to stumble across them walking over the crest of a hill. He stood up and beat his chest and I backed away real quick. Would've been a big fit roo that put that fella out of the mob.Glad to see he found a new family.
