Robert Kempinski, US Bonsai Master and Author, will be demonstrating at the Bonsai Society of Australia on Tuesday March 4 at West Pennant Hills, the only Sydney Club to host him. Rob is a past President of Bonsai Clubs International and has lectured on Bonsai all over the world. When not engrossed with bonsai Rob is associated with the Cape Canaveral Space Centre for Computer Sciences, as Director of Engineering. So he really is a Rocket Scientist!
Rob will also conduct a workshop at North Rocks on March 5.

Just a reminder for the up-coming demo and workshop by Robert Kempinski hosted by the BSA in a couple of weeks.

There are still places available for the Tuesday night demo but unfortunately some lucky bloke (me ) just secured the last spot in the Wednesday night workshop. This is your only chance to see Rob in Sydney!!

Rob Kempinski’s bonsai capitalize on the expressive, scientific and tactile nature of the art. His collection, a mix of tropical and temperate trees that can take the heat of the Florida summers and very mild winters has been influenced by his extensive global travel. He has won several bonsai awards and has participated in many national bonsai shows. He has written and bonsai book titled “Introduction to Bonsai, Growing and Appreciating Bonsai Across the Globe,” along with many articles for bonsai journals and magazines.

I think chronicled seems more accurate. Hasn't been updated for quite a while.

Even though Steven grabbed the last place as a participant at the Kempinski workshop, there is still room for a limited number of observers.
