I have a few elms at the moment and I'm having some trouble with information on it. The label on the tree said "Ulmus Chinensis" but i can't find any info on this species... The leaves are a lot smaller throughout the tree than any of my other elms and they seem more serrated than my others (though this might just be the smaller leave size...)
Can anyone help me with it?

it's ulmus parviflora, chinese elm.

It's possible that they're just different cultivars, but the second one looks a bit like ulmus pumila, Siberian elm to me. They are close cousins to Chinese elm but a bit more of a trash/weed tree. More prone to disease and branch loss, more seed production, and they seem to sprout easier and grow faster too. Less popular for bonsai, but there are some nice trees out there. I have a few of them myself growing as a group.

I was doing a bit of reading last night to get some trees data for this database of trees and it seems that the ulmas chines is has been dropped to parviflora?
Don't know if that is right but I'll have a look at the pumila later...
