Ok, the time has come to make some room (so I can get some more trees shhhh) I need to make room in the back yard for some other trees and projects so nned to sell a few trees. My problem is I don't really know what they are worth. I'll put a price on them cause the sale rules say I have to but don't really know if I'm in the ball park or not of what they are worth.
First up is a peppercorn.

I gave this tree a prune recently to remove branches coming from the same point as these tend to form big nobs at the trunk. As you can see it is already busting with new shoots so will have plenty to choose from.
the base is 8cm across and trunk stands at 30cm tall. There is some awesome natural shari as you can see in the second photo and the base has a hollow right through it as in the third photo. I did do some cleaning out of the soft material in here and with some further work would look great.
I'm asking $50 for this tree.

Second tree is an olive I collected. It was very tall and dead straight in the trunk. I carved out (badly) the base to get some shape into it. This needs attention (this was one of my early carving attempts). I think it has potential if anyone wants to have a go at it.
The base is 37cm at soil level, main trunk around 27cm and overall is 80cm tall. I'm asking $75 for this one.

Located Frankston area. Pick up only or delivery Southeastern suburbs could be arranged
