This years fert mix with humic acid and worm juice

Anyone been using worm juice.
I have had some teething issues with my worm farm but I think I should have a steady flow of the stuff. I am using about a cup to 9 litres.
I have also started to use Life force this year. It is a home use product but it is put out by a predominantly farm based company(Nutritech) and it seems they have not given enough thought to home users when they configured the dilution rates. It states 10ml per litre but then this is spread at 1l per 10m2. I would have trouble spreading a 9L watering can 90m2 over my potted trees.
I decided Life Force Total Cover 8:8:9 20ml, Life force Trio (calc, mag, boron, some nit, kelp and humic) 20ml and some humic acid. So at 20ml per 9 litres mixing the two together(40ml total) I gather I am at least half recommended strength but this would still need to be spread over 40m2. I am using less than half the recommended humic acid but it still makes the mix very dark to the point of staining leaves and pots so after I add the worm juice and the other two ferts it is very dark and scary. It looks too strong. I usually aim for a full strenght dilution when mixing fertiliser.
I have put this problem to nutritech the distributor of Life force and from past experience with them they should be very helpful.
It would help if I understood what happens when we mix fertiliser dilutions. I have been told that 20:20:20 fert is the same as 10:10:10 but only half as much of the 20:20:20 is used for the same end result. So a 20:20:20 fert is no stronger than 10:10:10 but is only in a more concentrated form. This suggests that only the ratio of one nutrient to the other changes in fertilisers but all fertilisers end up much the same strenght when diluted? What does this mean to the dilutions given for this fertiliser if it is meant to be spread so far? What does it mean in I mix at half strenght and spread half as far? Maybe I should mix at 1/4 strenght and spread a 1/4 as far.
