As Bonbon is showing off his Camera Artistry is such a wonderful way, I thought I might havea go too as I have many of my own in flower now

This one is an Azalea "Kurume" (I think), that was given to me by a friend that worked in a nursing home. The tree waqs overgrown in its large pot and was no longer wanted

It had really straight trunks above this nice trunk so i cut them off and regrowing it from the start

The plan is a Small apex, with a longish semi cascade branch.

If anyone can identify the variety, then let me know. The flowers are White, with a touch of ping streaks and spots with a green centre

ps the base is about 5 inches across and 8 inch or so tall.

Forgot to add, this is growing in my orginal mix of 1/3 Diatomite, 1/3 Zeolite, 1/3 coarse nepean river sand.

Next repotting after flower I will do so in my new mix which I replace the river sand with diatomite as the samd/gravel is too heavy.
