Hi,
I just wanted to find out what Australian natives can be used to fuse together?
I have done figs before but want to try something different.
Thanks
Michael

In theory you should be able to fuse any species together but rough bark will make it more difficult. Removing the bark always helps fusion. Obviously, quicker growing species will unite faster than slower growers.
i have not actually tried fusing any natives other than figs so will be interested to hear if any others have.

I have tried casuarina but they did not want to fuse together.
I'm guessing that not all types of casuarinas fuse very fast?
