Hi Boics,Watto
It is a Kunzia Ambigua and I have collected way to many of these.. Have taken them at all times of the year and have had good results with all. Although after a heavy rain seems to help. I keep very damp all year, in late spring ,summer i keep a water tray under them. I use a mix of Diatomite (45%) ,Native soil (45%),Pine nuggets (5%) and Coir Peat (5%) plus Osmocote Native Fertilizer, sometimes a little coarse sand thrown in for good luck. When I trim small branches I always cut to a bud and pick the direction I wish to fill. Also found that bigger branches ,up to 12mm will break new buds if cut back in warmer periods. Hope this helps and I am not giving you a bum steer
Regards John.
