This Juniper started as a twin trunk Juniper with an unattractive Y shape formation.

September 2014

Here it is 2 moths on after some wires were applied back in September 2014
This was going to be 1 of 3 possible fronts (gotta love Junis :P )

Eventually I decided a view for the long term that would offer better and more interesting branch formations and here it is below today.

After lunch, I may come back to rewire some branches into place and rework the deadwood.

Big improvement from where you started  It's going to look really good once the foliage pads develop.

Thanks Ed I get trigger happy so I work on most of my trees pretty much any time of year.

It would be awesome to find large yamadori type material to work with but I'll just work with what I can find

Just be careful as this doesn't look too healthy to me?
Definitely an improvement!

Cheers Boics it in fact is more healthy than it was in September

Lush new yellow foliage and buds means its pushing on well with this variety..

Gonna let it explode out a little and then compress it again!
