Sometimes you ask where you're going with a tree, this'd be one.
Did some of my first carving on this tree a couple of years ago, it was one of those horrid "pot belly" type roots systems so I carved it out to look like a hollow and added the know hole. Not completely unhappy with it but the straight uprights could probably be cut off and entirely new crowns developed. The problem with leaving stock alone for too long, anyhow bend it or lose it??
