Looks like a bottle brush.... (Calistemon)...

Not a very good photo but I think it might be swamp cypress ( taxodium) or dawn redwood (metasequoia). I'd need a closer look at the leaves to be more positive.

It is very easy to tell the difference between the 2 most common 'redwoods' used in Australian Bonsai.
Basically, Metasequia has needles which are directly opposite to each other.
Taxodium has needles which are alternate.
You often see people advising the wrong redwood identification, simply because it 'looks' like theirs. But this simple link is quite self explanatory. That is a terrible photo so it is hard to tell, but you will certainly be able to identify it yourself with this link, which I always give to people who are unsure :

thanks.. after following that link i think i can confirm it is a Taxodium.
