Bonsai Addiction Counselling!!

Hi guys, you know, I have nothing against a Bonsai addiction but what happens when it gets out of hand? Spring it seems, has arrived early this year (at least where I live) and the addiction is severe. I'm buying accessories I don't need, sniffing Charlie Carp before AND after I pour, thinking about Propagation Techniques when I'm sleeping, going out to dinner with non-bonsai growing friends(aliens) and asking them to give me the botanical name of a particular species, telling Bonsai vendors at markets how to do their job...................
Even one of my eyes is starting to twitch!!
Is this normal for a Bonsai addict? should I seek help?
P.S. Please.....if you have a peculiar bonsai symptom please share it, so I know I am not alone!!

Just take two more till it passes. It will when you are old and grumpy like me. You then just offer useless advice to all and sundry.
Then you get used abused and then some. If your spouse likes what you do coz it keeps you out of the pub.
Off the streets and stops you paying with the opposite SEX

I meant playing.
Then what's the worry. You can always join AB-Cers anonimouse and hide in the corner with the other little anonimouses
You can also put plenty of emoticons in your posts so you P#*s of a certain somebody who shall remain nameless in the out back parkes
Bet you cant guess who posted this OH1 bugger my avatar gave me away

I traded my wife and child for a really, really, really nice old Japanese black pine that i just had to have. I now regret my decision but, bloody hell its a really, really really nice tree.

Hey Bodi, I bet the tree gives you less grief and doesn't argue back
Checkiong out neighbours yards for trees you can dig up is a sure sign of affliction. YHou know you really have when you offer to dig them up and renovate the garden for them

Now I know why you moved from Nollamara. She still hangs around the nursery there asking for a bloke with a tree coming out of his whoopsy

I don't want to lose the addiction [has to be cleaner, neater, better and more smile-making than gambling] but I want to know how to stop saying 'I have too many trees' - just before I buy the next one. I am trying to improve on that by not buying the cheapies [oh just gotta have one of those sticks] but spending more and getting better. Now this is a better tact, you don't get nearly as many... but I keep getting them.
Happily I don't have any wives or husbands to list on MateBay but I can't plan on any additional income that way... Well, I guess the upside of that is the fact there is less to spend.

Hi Jester,
If you are only buying accessories that you don't need and sniffing Charlie Carp before AND after you pour, then I have good news for you...............
You are no worse than the rest of us
The only time that you need to worry is when you drink Charlie Carp, and then sniff it to check that no one has switched it for a beer.....
Regards from the patient in the next room
