Has anyone bought a Pine tree (JWP, JBP or similar) from either Ray Nesci or Bonsai Art, if so. Whats the price range roughly?

Pretty broad question so I would say $3 for a starter size pine to $3000 for advanced stock in a foam tray.

What about pre bonsai, roughly 10cm pot? would it be some where around $15-25?

I think you'd be in the ballpark there. Might even be a few a little cheaper than that in 10 cm pots if you're lucky and, hopefully a few slightly older, and slightly larger ones at the upper end.
