Hi guys,

I have moved to Karratha in wa and don't have much access to any stock here. I am looking for a descent ficus trunk to develop. Preferably a chunky peace of materal at least 2 inches thick at the base with good taper.

I am open to other tropical species.

My mrs will freak if I spend more than 200 and that includes postage .

The tree can only come from wa as they have strict laws on importing plants.

Welcome to the balmy weather of WAs North! I'm in Hedland (don't hold that against me).
Try Pointsiana Nursery in your LIA, they would have quite a few trees that'll survive up here, including Ficus, I believe!

Cheers
Elmar

Thanks guys

Elmar I went there and didn't see much. There were a few ficus with huge leaves.

I'm on the look out for a good bougainvillea .
