G'morning guys and what a lovely morning in Melb to be out in the garden.

Just needing some Id to be done on these 2 guys plz and any info.. many thanks :cool:

1. Unknown, compact foliage and has natural yellow tips.

#1 has flat foliage pads so may be a Chamaecyparis. It is obviously a variegated variety.
Not really sure about #2. Looks a little like Cryptomeria but the foliage is longer and more open than typical.

The first one is one of the many variegated Chamaecyparis lawsoniana cultivars.
The second one is Juniperus communis ''Oblonga Pendula''

Great thanks guys.. i looked up and apparently it is a Cryptomeria Japonica Elegans which is also known as a Japanese cedar

Has anyone bonsaid one of these from stumps?
