I have been growing this for years and have no idea what it is, so if you know please let me know. :?:

just had a look and you would be right it is Photinia Serrulata .
wonderful It is about time it had a name :worship: :worship:

Found out they are both correct. Same plant, just dif name. So thanks to you both

Photinia and Pieris are NOT the same plant. Yours looks more like a Pieris.

Hakimoto is correct. Photinia is Rosaceae and Pieris is Ericacaea. Completely different.
