Would need photos of the tiny flowers to get the species but the family is Ericaceae-Styphelioideae and the genus is either Leucopogon or (more likely) Monotoca. I'd be guessing M. elliptica but hard to tell.

I think you're on the money with Monotoca Elliptica aka Tree Broom Heath.
