A short history.
Wild seed grown Atlantic Cedar... Please correct me if I am wrong
Location ...Maryvale Victorian rail line to Australian Paper Mill
Observed...18 months.
Harvested 2 months ago...Stopped my Train and dug it up..simple as.
Potted up and trimmed.

It appears that seed has attached and dropped off a train or wind blown from APM as at the Mill APM has an extensive 'exotic plantation within the mill boundries

All cuttings were potted up ASAP and budding is going alone sweetly..(2 months now)

Funny about cuttings...My picea's that I posted a while ago were struggling I thought but have now began to bud..after their hair cut I potted up the cuttings and they too are budding up.

This little one is a Ches nut that I just covered up and it is growing.

Hi Firecat , mate it looks more like a needle juniper .Pics aren't exactly clear but quite certain its not an Atlas Cedar "Cedrus Atlantica" .

Its either Needle Juniper or the Shore Juniper.

The Needle juniper bites; the Shore juniper doesn't.

One year on.
A bit of work with a trunk split and a little live vein work.
