I Collected this Indian Hawthorn two years ago and................... it has grown very slowly  I got around to giving it a first repot.
I soaked it in a Seasol bath for a few hours to loosen up the clay soil. I washed all the old sold away and repotted it in a diatomite mix.
I did not root prune at all, the only roots were removed was a small portion from the original tap root that needed to be shortened.
The trunk is 120mm at the base and 30mm at the top of the tree, I collected this tree due to the fantastic shari that runs from the base all the way to the top of the tree. I need to clean up the dead wood and apply some lime sulphur.
:fc: this one will pull through because I have two more that need the same work done.

Cheers
Matt

Nice tree mate. I think just water and then fertilizer after a month or two and let it grow a bit to see what Mother Nature gives you. Really good base but needs a few more branches.
