so all of you true bonsai-ists, yes its OK to stop reading now and go back to browsing.
Yeh yeh I know their succulents not "real" bonsai.
Yeh yeh I know their pig food (and elephants)
BUT...........
I started these around 8 years ago and have treated the with total disrespect. Occasionally I pulled the from the junk pile and trimmed them, maybe wired them, sometimes re-potted them and then chucked 'em back in the junk pile.
this weekend I thought I should do something with them a little more seriously.

The late great John.Y .Naka wrote an article in a tropical magazine on them. Many years ago he said there were many fine examples in Florida.
