hey guys, ive been in love with this plant in my parents yard for like 10 years and i finally struck a cutting and jammed it in the ground to bulk it up. Unfortunately i have no dang idea what it is and struggled to get a good photo on account of it being in the ground.
please help me identify so i may again sleep peacefully.

PS: anyone else ever played with one of these?

Possibly an Aralia..

There's alot of background noise in your picture so hard to judge could be polyscia fruticosa just a guess
