New Pot from New Potter

I don't really know if the title is correct, however this I know for sure. One of the members of our bonsai society has commenced, or re-commenced pottery and has made a few trial pots to see if members of our society like them, think they are suitable and of sufficient quality.
The first time I saw this one I really liked it and as such bought it. It is earthy, almost rustic and well balanced so I put a tree in it to see how that would go. The tree is a Leptospermum ? so if anyone recognizes it I would appreciate if you could let me know. What I do know is that the leaves are 7 mm or 8 mm long, dark olive colour and quite sharp tip with a flakey bark but I haven't seen it flower yet.
Anyway, its about the pot. The potter - Viv - has agreed to have a reasonable selection for purchase at our next exhibition so I am looking forward to that. Good to see another Aussie potter on the scene.
