Ironstone viewing stone

I found this conglomeration of ironstone on the Yowah opal fields over 1200km west of Brisbane. Occasionally stones like this have precious opal inside called Yowah nuts. As less than 5% will usually contain opal it is always a difficult decision whether to cut the stone or leave it how it is. Not your typical viewing stone but the baked colours are ones that reflect central Australian landscapes well.
