Looks like a blue berry tree to me but don't know which hybrid.

Only a guess,
It looks to me like the Moraceae family.

I'll give it a go, common snowberry Symphoricarpos albus. Just a guess without more info hard to say.

Looks like a family of Actaea pachypod species.

DK the leaf is not the same as Actaea.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I sent the options to my friend. I had thought possibly blueberries too Bodhi but I think Kirky might of got it right with snowberry Symphoricarpos albus according to the reply I received back.

Yeah, Kirky probably be right that it is snow ball berries. My mistake! Would be nice to have a tree displaying full of fruits in the future.
