My little PUNICA GRANATUM NANA.
3rd year in this pot and re potted yearly in winter.
First time that the tree has flowered and set fruit.
Wondering if I should allow fruit to develop in full or should I cull 'all' or a few.
Longer branch has (4) buds and this one I'm thinking would be to many for branch to hold without breakage so definitely this must be thinned but thoughts on holding onto a few others as the tree is very healthy.

Pomegranates make great bonsai. There should be a lot more around. Yours has a major problem with the straight branches. You can leave as is and enjoy the tree or you can prune them off later and work the tree to a more pleasing shape. Remember you still have to look at it in winter.

agreed..Waiting for fruit sometimes is better than the view b ut will give a bit of attention soon.
I have another that is also flowering like mad.
