Ficus microcarpa - TAFE

Had to go to TAFE on Friday as I have done infrequently for the last three years. I go just when I have to hand in an assignment or do the exam, the TAFE for is at Cannonvale, around an hour and a half north. I do most by correspondence.
As the teacher was busy when I arrived I decided I would check the place out a little, I walked to the end of the hall and spied there green house which I had never been into before.
Having found this I went back to Trevor (teacher) and mention that the Ficus in the corner was taking over along with a Schefflera.
He responded by saying it was part of his responsibilities to clean up the greenhouse and make it useable.
Being the gentleman that I am and never travelling without a method of tree removing I offered my kind assistance to remove the two big main culprits. They were ever so happy and appreciative......... I WAS STOKED!!!!

Hi all, (and sheepdawg), wasn't ignoring, just didn't have an update. I have been attempting to get a ground grown bed sorted and this was to go in it. Obviously the pot it was in was way too small but it was what I had when I got this tree home so to keep it alive it did the job.
Now the job is to build a decent nebari and that will only come from some room, so here's the update.
I formed a pot with some besser blocks and a sheet of plastic with some drain holes in the bottom.
I trimmed the clusters where figs typically throw out many shoots from one branch area, trimmed a little off the right hand side as you look at it to improve the balance but this tree will be in the ground now for a couple of years so won't be a quick update. I'll just keep it trimmed and in shape while the roots do there thing.
enjoy
