I believe the venue rental agreement has a "not for profit" clause and sales will not be possible. This is the same venue used for the native symposium last year, plenty to see. 5 minute walk to the Shrine and the botanical gardens main gate is only 100 m. away.

Gerard is correct, if we were to hold sales at the venue the rental cost would not make it possible for us to hold the exhibition there.
We are planning on having a Sale Day at our normal meeting venue in August. Further details to come later in the year.
The exhibition will be worth the trip into the city.

No worries, thanks for the reply. I know it's gonna be worth the tram ride just didn't know how much cash to bring along with me! Catch you in April... and August for that matter!

Looking forward to making it on the Sunday.

Pulling weeds and cleaning pots ready for "set- up day" tomorrow. Of all the shows around town this is probably the nicest venue, set beside the entrance to the botanical gardens. Parking was surprisingly easy last year.
Sunday am. I will be doing some work on my melaleuca ericafolia.

Judging by last years display this will be a great show. Hoping to see this one again. [img][/img]

Had a good look through here yesterday and just wanted to say how impressed I was.
I'm only at the beginning of my journey into the world of bonsai, and it definitely gave me some ideas about what types of trees to look for.
Definitely looking forward to coming through again next year.
