Just a quick piccy of this JM colour which is stunning. I have not spent any time on the development of this tree but it is in the pipeline to do something with. It has been wired once and cut in due to my not paying attention but i will now formulate a plan for it. It has had branches layered off and done its job by giving me others to play with, so we will see where it goes.

Hello Bodhidharma,

Magnificently Beautiful.
I hope we can find this yatsabusa in a progression - please?

How difficult was it getting to layer? I take it you did an air layer?? I have one of these too and mine is green as...

Hi Sno, yes, one of those cultivars that do extra ordinary things.

One of the rewards of living in a VERY cold climate area. Although that seems to have changed in the last couple of years.

Hi Daluke,
I had to use the toothpick layering method on its trunk but the branches were a stock standard layering which worked quite well.

Interesting that the layer is even more intense than the donor tree. :reading:

Great colour bodhi. Unfortunately it's not cold enough here for much colour. Only had a few nights down to 16deg!! I did notice your weeds still are green though.
