Progression of my 'Wild Caught Cedar'

Hers a few pic's of my Cedar that I posted back in Sept 2015.
I have not put this tree up as I have been making sure branches survived and tweaks were not going to kill the apex.
A memory jogger link.

The tree was identified via the site and I waited a week after then just did it and gave a lot of attention up until now.
Height has been reduced by wiring from 320mm down to 180mm above soil.
A small branch was left just in case the apex died as this bend was quite sharp and although it was 'raffia' bound I was pretty sure a 'crack' was felt and I went too far.
All thoughts were unfounded and it is going along well with new buds close in pinched out today.
Trunk was split 3/4 way up to apex in (3) before wrapping and 'brutal' bending.
Roots will be arranged this season after trunk fattens a bit more.
