material: Kindly gifted to me by fellow Ausbonsai member - originally collected
cost: free

obtained the tree as raw material 15 months ago and potted into this container about 6 months ago. work on the top of the tree is now ready to commence.

I got round to styling this tree a few weeks ago! haven't had a chance to get a pic up yet.

I love the flat, wide, twisting trunk of this one Hugh. Look forward to seeing the update in another 12 months once it fills out a bit more.

I dig this one Hugh.
I wonder if you'll get flowers?
I manage to consistently get flowers on my Baekea and they are beautiful little things!

yeah it flowered for me last season. they flower September through feb with the main show November/December. I won't be surprised if it dosnt this year but who knows!


This guy should fill out rather quickly, the foliage is course but they ramify closely so should come good density soon with some new growth.

gaining density quickly. Made a few small adjustments a few weeks ago and pruned also.
