When the first set of real leaves appear, tickle the seedling out with a needle, or something similar, and pot up in regular mix. Keep in shade for a while as per usual.
This will save trying to untangle twenty plants next spring.
Cheers,
Paul

Mason, i grow heaps of herbs from seeds, I can't afford to make up 20 pots with one tiny seedling in each, so I when I prick them out I put 3 or 4 to a 10 cm pot, spaced out, and grow them for a month or two like that before separating them into individual pots. Take the whole bundle, tease them out one by one, try not to crush the roots or stem, very very gently. Each one gets laid into its new pot, dribble fine potting mix on them until they are fully planted. Then firm it down a bit and put the whole pot into a trough of water. Let it soak overnight or a couple of days, they won't die of rootrot overnight. Then as they are stronger, lift them out to drain and grow until you think they need separating again.
