What species is this?

My neighbours are asking me to help ID a plant in their backyard. I thought I have come across the name of this species but then I forgot. Could anyone help ID this please?

Can't help but hope someone can..I have a couple of biggies in the front yard and a bonsai on the bench.
Pretty sure the are the same.
Grows like a weed and suckers off roots and seeds germinate under tree.

Thanks Steve. Very similar but I am still not completely sure as the ones in my neighbour's yard is huge. It's about 5-6m tall.
