PJ Fig?

Just wondering if this was a PJ fig? Wondering if it is worth the purchase?

Ficus Benjamin. I wouldn't bother.

I'd agree on both points. F. benjamina do not seem to like cooler areas and they don't bud on old wood as reliably as PJ.
