Fig ID please

What fig is this? The cordate leaf base is the main clue.

Not Moreton Bay, which was one suggestion. Their leaves are elliptical.

The tree is not a Port Jackson fig. It does not have the characteristic rusty coloration of the undersides of the leaves. Also, ficus rubiginosa has ovate (egg-shaped) leaves, not ones with cordate (heart shaped) bases like my mystery fig.

The leaf shape eliminates rubiginosa, macrophylla or obliqua from the possible IDs for this tree.
