Hi guys, today I was at Gardens ' R ' Us in Kensington NSW and took the opportunity to photograph this wisteria which has been wrapped around a post and has proceeded to arch around to the roof. I am amazed at the thickness of it. Imagine trying to take it back off?. I should have asked how long it had been there for!!

It would be really cool if you could drill the post out of the centre, you would get an amazing hollow wistera feature in the nursery.

yer. that would be cool. I know a man down the coast whos name is stan and he grew a bonsai around a peice of copper log and then once it had taken a spiral shape he took the wood out and it had a hollow section in the middle. Looked interesting

sorry to bring up an old post, but i did some work experience at that nursery, and the wisteria is supposed to be about 20+ years old. Apparently it was planted around the time the place opened or so.
