Arabian Tea Jasmine Plant

I dug up quite a few of these from my friend's garden, with his permission of course

. I have seen Thai women wear rings of these jasmine flowers during water festival and have also seen my friend's uncle dry the flowers and put them in chinese tee. I potted one of the plants that is believed to be over 20 years old. All of his jasmine plants are very short - under 50cm. I trimed this one down to under 20cm and hope to turn it to a bonsai.
What I don't know is whether or not leaf size reduction is possible and ramification is good for this type of plants so please let me know if you have come across a bonsai of this family of plants. Also please post photos if you own one.
Thanks

Thanks for your compliment Jamie. I will only do "clip and grow" on this one to keep consistent with the existing movement of the branches and trunk. For me, I can't wait to see it in full flower again. The fragance of these flowers is incredible at night time. You could smell them from a distance of 50m.

Thanks Nathan, the problem is that this type of Jasmine is cultivared for flowers (used in jasmine tea) and often not for ornamental purpose. I was wondering if I could keep the leaves on these plant small and the branches ramified.
