My first winter with bonsai

Hi all
As the weather is starting to cool down now do I need to anything with my figs like move them or bring them inside? Obviously my maples, elms and junipers will be fine but what about the figs :lost:
Last winter I recall a couple 0 degree mornings with frost covering my car so I imagine that can't be good for a tropical plant.
What does everyone else do?

It gets a fair bit colder here. Regularly down to -4 overnight in winter so mine live in a poly house - unheated but it does retain some heat and keeps out the worst of the cold.
Friends in Canberra keep their figs inside - bathroom, laundry or kitchen - over winter. Put them outside for the day if there is good sun and a warm day.
If your area only gets down to 0c your trees will probably be OK outside, especially if they are near the house or a brick wall which will release heat during the night.
