Perhaps prunus serrulata - Kanzan?
It's a pretty one that's for sure.

Looks more like a Peach Blossom or Almond. Those are not Cherry leaves. :imo:

So many different prunus really confuse me.
I am thinking of Prunus Persica with pink flower

My initial though was also Prunus glandulosa 'Rosa Plena'- Dwarf flowering almond too Kirky but I'm pretty sure the flowers are more full rather than open in the centre like this one. The large trunk is also not really typical. P. glandulosa tends to put up lots of thinner suckers rather than a single thick trunk.
I don't know the genus well enough to give any other guesses though.

This is a tricky one. If you post a pic when the leaves are fully matured we might have a better idea. I'm seeing peach or nectarine in the stems.
