I am a newbie to bonsai and am seeking guidance about adenium ( desert rose ).

I purchased these plants about 12 months ago in Hervey Bay and have kept them indoors on cold Melbourne days / nights.

Would someone please guide me on pruning and repotting

Plenty of info on the tube. Just remember they're tropical so only work on them when it's hot and they are moving.

Cardamon powder on the cuts, that is a new one to me but we have plenty.

It's the roots I wonder about, I have watched some that say you leave them to dry out for a few days and others that don't. And would you root prune and prune at the same time?
